How To
The Q&A feature makes moderating a question and answer chat easier by including another moderation column that lets you put commenters' questions in a holding queue before publishing them.
- You can access the Q&A menu by clicking the menu under the Write heading on the left side of an event page
- As comments and questions come into the moderation queue, they will filter into the far-right column
- Approving a comment puts it into the On Deck queue
- Click the Checkmark in the On Deck queue to publish it into the event. You can publish them in any order, not just the order they were received
