Create a LiveArticle

A LiveArticle™ is a live updating article that is displayed above your live stream, or as a stand alone embed. Use LiveArticle™ to create full articles from the information in your real-time stream.

With LiveArticle you can:

  • Pull in text, image, video, and audio posts from your stream.
  • Add text and images directly to the LiveArticle.
  • Create a full news article using your real-time posts as a starting point, or for additional context.

Dashboard > Any Live Stream > Menu > Write > LiveArticle

Create a LiveArticle

To create a LiveArticle:

  1. From within your stream, click MenuWrite > LiveArticle™ at the top of the page. 
  2. Add content to the LiveArticle box. Add and format text, upload media, or drag posts from your stream in the right-rail of your page into the LiveArticle box.
    Note: To pull-in social content that is not posted in your stream, please use our Advanced post or Articles.
  3. Click the Publish link, and then OK in the system prompt to publish your LiveArticle. 



Drag Content Atoms from a Stream into your LiveArticle

  1. Your live stream will appear in the right-rail of the LiveArticle page.
  2. Hover over a post or content atom in your stream. Click and hold the mouse button to drag the post into your LiveArticle found in the left-rail of your page.
  3. Click the Publish link, and then OK in the system prompt to publish your LiveArticle.


Position your content atom in the LiveArticle box to maneuver its’ alignment (i.e., aligned to the left, right, or centered in the middle of your post)
