Transitioning from Embed V5 to V7

On January 21, 2014, ScribbleLive released a new redesigned embed (V7) which is now the default embed template. All existing embed templates created with our legacy embeds (V5) are still available in your account, and can be found under the Legacy Embed tab.

Navigation: Dashboard > Admin > Manage Templates
Dashboard > Any Live Stream > Setup > Templates
Permission: Administrator  |  Developer  |  Editor

Customize your Legacy Embed Template

1. Click on Manage > Templates in the left sidebar. Alternatively, from within a stream, click on MenuSetup > Templates at the top of the page to go to the Choose A Template page.
2. Click on the Legacy Embed tab at the top of the page. Select a legacy embed template from the list, and click the Edit button.

3. Apply your font and colour customizations. Further customizations can be added to your legacy embed template by adding custom HTML, CSS or JavaScript to the Template Top HTML  area.

4. You can preview your changes in the bottom-right corner of your page. Alternatively you can click the Preview button to view a full, working preview of your embed.

5. From the Preview page, click the Setup button to go back to the Embed Settings’ page, or click the Save button to apply the changes made to your existing legacy embed template.

Note:  Legacy embeds are not compatible with Content Studio Social embeds.
